Robert E. Sweeney, Jr., CPA, Managing Partner. Bob has been involved in many commercial, non-profit and governmental audits since 1972. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and attends numerous professional development conferences each year. In addition to being involved in local charities he serves as Board Member and Treasurer of several nonprofit organizations.

Charles W. Heaven, CPA, MST, Managing Partner. Charlie has over 28 experience in auditing and public accounting. His job responsibility has included junior through managing audit partner. Charlie is also involved in local charities and serves as Board Member and Treasurer of several nonprofit organizations.

Enrico Melaragno, CPA, CGFM, General Partner. Rico has conducted, supervised and assisted in numerous financial and compliance audits as well as prepared and reviewed tax returns for various entities since 1986. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and in addition is Certified Governmental Financial Manager. Rico is also the President-elect of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), Hartford Chapter, a nonprofit organization. Rico is also an active volunteer for various nonprofit organizations and has served on boards of various charities.

Bart Cutrali, CPA, CFE, General Partner. Bart has performed, supervised and assisted in numerous financial and compliance audits for various entities since 1995. Bart is also an experienced tax professional serving individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, pension plans and nonprofit clients. He is adept at evaluating, converting, implementing and supporting computerized accounting software. His recent certifications as Certified Fraud Examiner show his continued efforts to provide our valued clients with the services and expertise they require.
